Customer Service Representatives responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the customer via telephone, email, and other forms of communication modes.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Anticipate and identify problems and proactively work to solve them.
- Pass on critical information within different departments
- Help out with Billing
- Have a basic knowledge of different commodities being hauled
- Track loads and communicate ETA’s
- Follow up on Customer capacities
Trucking knowledge is not required but preferred.Attention to detail is a plus.
