Position Title: Translator – 1st Shift
Wage: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm
We are looking to hire a 1st shift Interpreter / Translator position located in New Berlin, WI who is fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English. If you are someone who enjoys helping others, apply now!
- Learn all aspects of the production process while assisting in training and communicating with team
- Assist with translation of all training materials, including manuals, presentations and videos
- Lead training sessions for production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure all workers are fully trained and understand their roles
- Ensure workers are following proper safety procedures and regulations
- Develop and maintain training schedule to ensure workers receive training
- Identify areas where training is needed and create training materials
- Provide guidance and support to workers on the production floor
- Monitor and report progress of workers to management
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to learn production positions and provide guidance to workers
- Able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
