The Training and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for property management teams, as well as executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive property occupancy. Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver training programs for property management teams, including but not limited to: leasing, customer service, and compliance with fair housing laws
• Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop solutions to improve performance
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive property occupancy
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and emails
• Utilize social media to increase visibility and engagement with potential renters
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase visibility and connect with potential renters and partners

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in training and marketing, preferably in the property management industry
• Strong understanding of property management operations and fair housing laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

The Training and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the management team to ensure that all training and marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position.
