A North Triad Area Manufacturer is looking for a Training Manager!
What you'll get:

- 7:00am - 4:00pm

What you'll do:
- Lead a team of training instructors
- Develop and maintain program schedule, curriculum, training tools, content, and materials
- Monitors trainees and provides remediation training as needed
- Develops training which aligns with the core functions of all position SOP's, quality, and safety needs
- Monitors and improves the effectiveness of orientation and training programs
- Modifies SOP's as needed
What we need:
- High School Diploma but Bachelor degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing training
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Thorough understanding of videos and other training technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
