About the Opportunity

We need a talented individual to fill a potential Training Development Consultant role in support of a state client in Columbus, OH. This position will be hybrid with some travel required (travel expenses paid by the company).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years ERP Training development experience.
• Experience developing job aids, exercises, and data for class exercises.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.
• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in the use of training development applications.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Desired Qualifications:

• uPerform, Captivate, UPK or similar training development experience.
• Previous experience in providing professional training consulting services to large clients' groups with complex operations.
