MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting /co-leading TRIPP trainings, and will be the primary resource for coordinating and conducting special/exceptional needs trainings in both the EFFC and SFFC programs for foster parents. The Trainer will be responsible for co-leading TRIPP training for staff at CGS and assist in provision of support groups and coaching sessions for foster parents.
The Trainer be responsible for coordinating and conducting trainings (in person and remotely), developing resources, and tracking foster parent compliance.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties of the Trainer include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate and co-lead TRIPP training for foster parents.
- Coordinate and conduct trainings on recertification and special/exceptional topics including trainings for SFFC and EFFC foster parents.
- Coordinate and conduct annual LGBTQ trainings for foster parents.
- Coordinate and co-lead TRIPP training for staff.
- Ensure proper tracking of foster parent training.
- Work in collaboration with Homefinding staff and ITT to develop and conduct coaching sessions to accompany TRIPP and support groups for foster parents.
- Coordinate, document, and provide/develop resources for foster parents including developing curriculum for special/exceptional needs trainings.
- Attend “Train the Trainer” programs outside the agency.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34,200.00 per year

Experience:
- child welfare system/ other human services: 1 year (Required)
