Trainer-Orientation at our Omaha, NE plant.
As a Trainer-Orientation you will:
- Conduct new hire orientation; requires using Alchemy system, training on PPE, Safety, LOTO, PIT, etc.
- Maintain velocity system (enter hires/terms and make new/replacement badges).
- Assist Training Supervisor with onboarding paperwork.
- Attend job fairs.
- Make new hire folders.
- Assist with translation, insurance enrollment and 401K.
- Tour employees through production as needed.
- NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 1-3 years office experience; preferably in Human Resources.
- Must be able to work hours contingent to business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Ability to acquire PIT License.
- Ability to acquire FSQA certificate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of employees, visitors, and the public.
- Good time management, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
- This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion, and secure information management.
