Job description
Holland & Hart’s trademark group (Colorado’s only “Gold Band” ranked practice by World Trademark Review) is seeking an associate or of counsel with 5+ years of trademark experience to join our trademark team. We encourage both partner-track associate candidates and of counsel candidates (including those seeking to reenter the work force) to apply.

Requirements
Ideal candidates should be able to perform all aspects of domestic and global portfolio management, including search and clearance (familiarity with Corsearch platform preferred but not required), global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution. While the primary focus will be non-contentious work, experience in trademark enforcement (demand letters and TTAB proceedings), online marketplace enforcement, domain enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate superior writing and communication skills, as well as an ability to juggle multiple (trademark) tasks at once. Foreign language skills are not required but highly valued.

Candidates should appreciate a fast-paced and team-centric environment that is flat in hierarchy. This candidate will be working alongside a team of 14 professionals (70% diverse in gender, ethnicity, and/or LGBTQ status). Salary Range
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $270,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
