A growing Lenexa company is looking to add a member to the team.
The ideal candidate should will gain a basic technical understanding of all company products. This position should be able to find and follow all install guides, user manuals, troubleshooting documents, knowledge base articles and other documentation to successfully guide customers to a general problem resolution.

Responsibilities include:
- First tier of support, responsible for answering phone calls and emails from customers in a timely fashion
- Immediate problem resolution
- Create cases in the customer tracking database for each contact opportunity
- Ability to learn new products and applications as required to remain an expert
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Organized, self-motivated, able to take direction and apply it to all situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- General understanding of automotive vehicle wiring is helpful
- Experienced with Microsoft windows
- General wireless networking knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical computer training is preferred
- Previous help desk experience is preferred
