Assistance with customer service for the Athletics Ticket Office. Contact with customers in person and via telephone. Use of Paciolan ticketing platforms. Assist with deposits of funds, ticket reconciliations, cash management, data entry, event operations, player guest management and other duties as assigned by Senior Assistant AD/ Ticket Operations. Assist full-time staff in all phases of ticket operations, including staffing events.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor’s degree with the ability to relate to customers and provide great service preferred. Ticketing or customer service experience.

Special Physical/Mental Requirements
Proficiency in Paciolan preferred but not required. Ability to interact with others in a courteous, Professional manner, ability to respond quickly and efficiently, attention to detail are all essential.
