JOB SUMMARYEnsures appropriate delivery of psychiatric services for clients in the Behavioral Health Services from admission through discharge by providing: individual, family and group therapy; case management to include development of a Master Treatment Plan and Discharge Plan; diagnosis, assessment and evaluation. Serves as a member of the intra-disciplinary treatment team and provides direct delivery of services for assigned patients. Provides individual and group therapy services.

EDUCATION

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

Initial and continuing education as listed in educational guidelines to maintain active licensure.

LICENSURE

W.V. licensed in Social Work, Counseling or Clinical Psychology, as per the specific licensure guidelines set by the discipline and the State of West Virginia.

COMPUTER/TYPING/MATH SKILLS
