GENERAL FUNCTION AND JOB DUTIES
Central Piedmont is currently seeking a Testing Facilitator in the Testing and Assessment Center located in the North Classroom Building serving multi-campuses.
The Testing and Assessment Center provides comprehensive testing services to the Central Piedmont student and faculty populations, local businesses and industries, as well as the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community and surrounding areas.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday
Hours per week: 40 hours
General Function
Plans, administers and monitors a wide variety of exams to support Central Piedmont Community College students, faculty, staff and Charlotte-Mecklenburg community and surrounding areas.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitors testing activities; enforces rules and regulations and ensures safe environment.
2. Prepares facility for testing and ensures that work areas are clean and neat; ensures that appropriate equipment, materials, and handouts are laid out for testing sessions.
3. Assists in maintaining testing equipment; performs simple maintenance, cleans and stores equipment when not in use, monitors condition, and notifies supervisor of any needed repairs.
4. Monitors inventory of materials and supplies.
5. Researches and evaluates new equipment, and makes recommendations regarding purchase decisions.
6. Monitors activities of part-time staff.
7. Maintains records of testing activities and attendance
8. Retrieve and records test scores in various databases
9. Produces weekly testing report for supervisor.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree and two years of related work experience

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary for this position is $41,600.00 . Pay grade for this position is H. Initial placement for new employees is customarily at entry level through 25% percentile. Contract type is Professional. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours, evening and weekend assignments may be required of any position. All positions are subject to budget approval.
