The Territory Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers for gas acquisition and service revenue within our Rapid Recovery network. This is an inside sales role where you will be responsible to work with the network territories in securing new business while maintaining and maximizing current business to meet our gas acquisition and service revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meets or exceeds the monthly goal of gas acquired and service revenue within the Rapid Recovery network via high volume contact model of new and existing customers primarily through phone and email
- Continuously networks within assigned territories to develop and grow a new customer base while enhancing the relationship with current customers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to capture and track key activity
- Responsible for new customer setup
- Engage and coordinate with local Field Services Manager to onboard customers and schedule upcoming jobs and services
- Must meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity requirements
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and associated product pricing of the competition in the industry in line with company guidelines.
- Will be required to travel within the territory once a quarter
- Any other assigned tasks as reasonably required.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Essential
- Bachelor's degree preferred with sales experience, or 3 years previous sales experience in lieu of degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to thrive in an environment of a high volume of outbound calls
- Responsible for managing their own time effectively, identifying possible barriers to getting the work done, and seeking support when needed
- Ability to work quickly, both independently and collaboratively
- Hybrid position
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
Why A-Gas?
Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience with a competitive commission plan.
