Job description
The Terminal Operations Manager oversees the daily operation which includes, but is not limited to:
Working with Employee schedules, meeting with Airline Staff and Management, ensuring that service levels are being met, maintaining compliance with detailed follow up on situations where staff are where they are supposed to be.
Directing Dispatchers and Coordinators throughout the day ensuring passengers needs are being met.
Ensuring equipment is parked and stored correctly at the airport, must have experience with Microsoft Office using Outlook, basic excel and word as needed.
Must meet all airport background and criminal history checks to be badged at the airport.
2 years of experience with Supervision at an airport providing oversight to staff working positions such as Wheelchair, Baggage, Security and Customer Service.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
