Job description
The project manager works closely with the Director of the Project Management Office receiving direct direction
- Follows up with internal IT staff on the status of tasks
- Schedules project meetings
- Attends meetings and takes meeting minutes
- Provides assistance with contract management
- Collaborates with engineers, architects, and other workers on the project
- Communicates as necessary with stakeholders, management, and team; providing project updates and progress as required
- Ensures that any risks that could potentially affect a project's timeline or scope of work are identified, documented, and mitigated, if possible
- Assists with managing key projects and leads project teams by developing detailed project plans and work breakdown structures, coordinating and leading project meetings, maintaining communication on project status with all stakeholders, identifying and managing risks, facilitating project progress, and managing roll-out activities
- Reviews and assesses technical project requests, including system development and application integration/implementation requests, to define requirements and estimates

Required Education: Bachelor's degree
