Job description

This temporary position will report directly to the Technical Analyst/Manager Rehab Technology unit and will provide support to the Rehab Tech Unit for The WV Division of Rehabilitation Services. Duties will include, communicating with staff statewide to schedule surplus pick up and tracking inventory of items going to surplus. Moving delivery and storage of items going to surplus. Generating documents for the transition of items to surplus properties. Assist with completing documentation for records retention with tracking retention schedules of boxes. Completion of statewide inventory. Communicating with District Offices to schedule physical inventory of agency owned items within each DRS office locations. Processing and distributing equipment, scheduling travel, and traveling around the state retrieving equipment for transition to surplus and files for storage. Collections, and processing of gas receipts for submission to Transportation, processing various forms, composing letters, maintaining departmental records and other related paperwork, to assure proper record management. Work involves client contact, contact with the general public and the use of computer for word processing, spreadsheets, and database functions. Performs other related work as required.
