Job description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:Provide outstanding customer experiences by implementing the technology on-boarding process within the Cat Connect department. Provide internal and external customer support with regards to VisionLink, Unified Suites, and other Cat technology back-office programs. Provide initial customer VisionLink training through live webinars as part of the on-boarding process. Invoice customers for monthly Inform and Condition Monitoring subscriptions. Support internal Cat Connect department needs.

- Provide internal and external customer support with regards to technology platforms (i.e. VisionLink, Unified Suites, EDE, DSP, etc.)
- Generate monthly invoices for customers for services.
- Verify and reconcile monthly invoices from Cat and Trimble
- Provide support to the Cat Connect Technology Specialists & CM Analysts
Education:
Associate/Technical degree with two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
Technical knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and components with heavy focus on technology products and industry
Physical:
Must be able to sit and utilize a computer for extended periods.
Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Other:
Strong computer skills with an emphasis working with Excel to create macros and pivot tables; Self-starter; Able to work with limited supervision.
