Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance Documents group develops and implements policies and procedures governing document control and records management functions for all elements of company activities; maintains and operates the Document Management Center, Inactive Records Center, and Central Project Document Control Center; adheres to and implements DOE retention and destruction schedules for records

Supports General Counsel in providing

Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and other legal requests for information; manages the onsite
Administrative Record facility in compliance with PROC-OS-1003, Administrative Record Program;

Manages subcontracts for provision of administrative services for all organizations within the company; and manages the performance document program that governs company policies, directives, charters, program and process descriptions, procedures, and forms.

Technical Editing Serviced reviews and edits safety basis documents that are submitted for DOE and/or Regulator (Environmental Protection Agency and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation) approval. Internal UCOR documents are also reviewed, on an as-needed basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
