Technical Solutions Engineer

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin. They provide software solutions for both non-clinical and clinical Pathology.

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a vital role in the Company’s Big deploying software team; you will be given autonomy and freedom in your role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT/MIS or related field.
• 2 + years technical experience in operations /administration/support.
• Experience with client-server architecture, Web Enabled Applications, and SAAS
• Experience with structured development methodology and with relational databases & queries.
• Experience with GLP regulations or software a plus
• Experience using, configuring, documenting and troubleshooting services deployed on-premises and in the cloud.
• Knowledge of Linux, AWS, MongoDB and/or Docker technology is a plus.

The Role

• Provide daily user support on the product and on customer IT/deployment-related issues.
• Support packaged and proprietary applications by responding to customer/internal requests for assistance, documenting the problems and actions taken using appropriate tracking tools.
• Facilitate meetings with customers to troubleshoot issues, prioritise tickets, agree next steps, new & existing features and potential improvements
• Work with all teams in the company to drive a positive Customer Experience.
• Complete all mandatory company training and job-specific training required for the role, including ISMS, GLP, DocuSign, SDLC as applicable.
• Have the flexibility to be a part of the ‘On Call Rota’.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
