Our Client in High Point is looking for a Technical Support Agent!
What you'll get:
- $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- On-Site
- Direct Hire
What you'll do:
- Provide onsite, remote, and phone support for troubleshooting including:
- PC/Laptop software and hardware
- Desk Phones
- Tablets
- Smartphones
- Install, configure, and/or upgrade new or existing desktop/laptop software and hardware, desk phones, and mobile devices
- Maintain the cell phone and telecom billing
- Help with ordering and maintaining company mobile devices and desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Assist with maintenance of office technology (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, video conference system, fax machines)
What we need:
- 3+ years experience in a lead IT role
- Knowledge of Windows 2012, 2016, and 2019
- Experience maintaining office technology and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently
