We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist who will provide packaging documentation expertise and support for projects with BU’s. Identify, lead, and drive various continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging documentation within BU’s. Support Global programs and projects related to E2E packaging and other dependent processes and systems (including those within Quality, Regulatory, etc.) Define and lead key program activities in the CHPack continuous improvement roadmap and act as key point of contact for Global organization. Understand BU-specific packaging system requirements and nuances and highlight implications of global processes and systems.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Act as a representative owner and subject matter expert for the business to drive through successful change and continuous improvements, as well as provide an advisory service to the wider community regarding packaging documentation.
• Create, design, develop, review packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with the wider Packaging community to drive projects that impact efficiencies and sharing of best practices
• Identify and deploy continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging process through changes in process design
• Actively partner with R&D and Regional Packaging teams and other relevant functions to drive global standards and any regional deviations
• Partner with artwork teams within the BU to drive performance against KPIs and timeline delivery
• Completion on time of action items for Packaging Tech Transfer of consumer products
• Identification & implementation of packaging improvements in new process, new packaging configurations and new products.
• Active participation in Regulatory inspections

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• BS Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical).
• 10 years plus of experience in pharmaceutical industries with supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• 2 years plus in Packaging Components (i.e., Bottles, Caps, PSL, IFC, etc.) Specification design and development
• 2 years plus working with CHPack or similar packaging specification generation platform.
