Nigrelli, Inc. is the Kiel, Wisconsin based parent company to three divisions; AquaMaster Fountains, On-Target Machine, and Land Master Lighting; that work in tandem to produce floating fountains and aeration systems, lighting options for the fountains as well as for your landscape needs, and a machine shop that designs and builds automated systems and provides integration solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Summary

The Technical Services Warranty Technician is responsible for troubleshooting all AquaMaster products and providing technical support to distributors, contractors, electricians and end users to a point that cannot cause personal harm to end users not trained to address issues—i.e. electrical wiring issues which require certified electrician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting all AquaMaster products. ·
• Providing technical support according to established company policies and procedures via telephone, email, and other technology as needed. ·
• Work with Management to address repetitive product quality concerns and escalating customer issues. ·
• Consult with engineering and production regarding recurring field failures to initiate corrective action. ·
• Consult in the preparation of assembly instructions and service manuals to ensure accuracy. ·
• Assist production personnel with troubleshooting and or panel related issues. ·
• Help assist/instruct service school when needed.

• Strong knowledge of electrical components and troubleshooting. ·
• Strong mechanical background. ·
• Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. ·
• Ability to multi-task ·
• Ability to use ERP systems, including data entry. ·
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. ·
• Requires a tactful manner, stable personality, and pleasant telephone manner with the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations.

Education and/or Experience

· High School diploma or equivale

Education, training, or experience in electrical and or mechanical fields required.

The incumbent will regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or touch and move from place to place. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

During the performance of his/her work duties, the incumbent will be occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds, and will frequently lift up to 15 pounds.

The employee works in a production facility environment and may be exposed to hot temperatures in the summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months. Safety shoes and eye protection are required at all times, as well as any other PPE identified by the company.
