Our South Bend office is hiring a Technical Recruiter due to growth. We offer best-in-class training and clear expectations so direct experience is not required. Here you will be given the tools to succeed and the independence to execute.

This position is for a full-desk Recruiter. Work with companies and job-seekers. First, create relationships with local businesses and hiring managers. When they have an open position, use your knowledge to figure out who will be the best fit to fill the role, sell our services and negotiate our contracts. Then, find technical experts. Delve deep to learn their personality, their experience and what kind of company they work well in. Finally, matchmake great candidates with great companies and get people hired!
