Team Sales Agent
We are Focus Real Estate and we're actively seeking full-time salespeople to join our team.
We have a proven history of success in the Boston area and we're here to support you every step of the way!
Some of the ways we support our team members include:
- Lead Generation - We're currently generating more leads per month than most brokerages generate in a year. We also have a full time in house Inside Sales Agent cold calling 40 hours a week and setting appointments for you to go on.

We provide plenty of lead opportunities, transaction coordination support, top technology tools, and hands-on owners who provide direct training, support and referrals to the team.

Required:
- Active MA Real Estate License or ability to become licensed soon
- Car and license
- Willingness and ability to easily talk with people
- Bachelors Degree or an entrepreneurial work history

- Experience as an agent

- Customer Service Experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
