DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES): - Â Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed by all members of the production team - Â Assist Production Shift Resource/Take the lead (as needed) during any safety issues (incidents, accidents, first-aid) - Â Become a first responder - Â Ensure all quality guidelines are being followed by all members of the production team - Â Assist Production Shift Resource/Take the lead (as needed) during any quality HOLD situations - Â Maintain a clean and safe working environment by coaching/helping to create and adhering to 5 S standards - Â Actively demonstrate the NLF behaviors becoming a role model for initiative and self-development - Â Train new employees and coach current employees on NCE tools and their application (ex: GSTDs, CILs) - Â Ensure that all staffing requirements are met and be able to rearrange staffing based on needs - Â Enable effective communication by strengthening the use of standardized documentation and communication - Â Ability to identify process failures when they happen and coach the team through problem solving - Â Ensure that SBO's are completed by all team members by removing barriers and enabling actions - Â Make recommendations and drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and moral - Â Supply performance evaluations for new hires - Â Participate in and evaluate SHO process and support any gaps - Â Support prioritization based on production needs

Qualifications DESIRED COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES: - Understanding of Infinity quality checks that must be done - Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities and initiative to launch troubleshooting when appropriate - Ability to motivate others to complete assignments (CIL, SHO, Quality, Safety etc.) - Effective and impactful communication skills - Basic computer skills and ability to coach others in the creation of standards/OPL's/Maps - Ability to build relationships as a trustworthy and fair team member  DESIRED COMPETENCIES: - At least 6 months in your current job within the factory along with signed off boot camp book - Must have been involved in at least one GSTD/BDA  Nestle.
