Position Information:
The Team Leader, Patient Service Assistant, leads and guides the daily operations of the Patient Transport team. The Team Leader is responsible for the functionality of the transport track software to ensure timely, safe patient transport for discharges, department clinical tests, and other tasks to provide an efficient and safe transport service. The Team Leader assists with maintaining staff competency, training and mentoring of team members, providing safety audits, and system tracking reports. Provides ongoing system improvements in services offered. Also assists with supervision and coordination of the Patient Transport team.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Customer Service Required - And Patient Transport And Leadership Preferred
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Healthcare Or Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred
