The DNA of Cvent is our people, and our culture has an emphasis on fostering intrapreneurship - a system that encourages Cventers to think and act like individual entrepreneurs and empowers them to take action, embrace risk, and make decisions as if they had founded the company themselves. • Actively solicit customer feedback, monitor competitor technology, and report on SWOT quarterly to senior leadership
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze usage and market trends, validate data and share learnings with the leadership team
  • Develop and help execute sales and marketing campaigns, enabling salespeople with key information to ease delivery
  • Understand Cvent’s full suite of products, and how the diagramming suite fits within the platform, exploring additional ways we could expand the value of our solutions
  • Work with client services on adoption initiatives and efforts to maximize client retention and satisfaction
  • Participate in prioritization exercises for requested enhancements, and build excitement for the roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
  • Use salesforce.com, tableau and other dashboards to monitor value from partner relationships, identify areas of improvement and conduct strategic reviews, internally and externally
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Here's What You Need::
