ProMedica Hospice, formerly Heartland Hospice, is currently searching for a full-time experienced office professional.This role will include verifying insurance coverage, ordering and answering questions about durable medical equipment, answering of phones and directing calls as needed, answering questions from staff and the community, performing data entry as needed, preparing for interdisciplinary group meetings and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with electronic documentation and workflow processes. Strong customer service, attention to deal, multi-tasking, follow through and organizational skills are a must. An individual that enjoys working with a team and is personable, professional, and has a background in insurance verification and DME is preferred.
