We are hiring a full-time Team Coordinator’s whose purpose is the coordination of patient visits, maintenance and upkeep of scheduling records and logbooks. Will operate in an administrative role to support the daily functions and operations of the organization.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of Home Health Care experience.
