As we continue to grow our business, the responsibilities of recruiting and training now demand time commitment and attention. Our Operations management is not able to devote the necessary time that is needed, as well as perform their other obligations properly. We desire to build a great team of great individuals who are committed to the growth of our company and want to share in the success of the business. We have decided to seek out an individual who can play a vital role in helping us build that team. This person would be instrumental in finding talented recruits. The Team Builder will make sure new hires are well trained and given the tools and resources they need to stay successful.

Scope of Team’s Responsibilities

The Team Builder helps us build all teams but will belong to the Support Team. The Support Team assists the other teams and helps them perform their daily tasks with ease. The Team Builder will be highly involved in the marketing for new hires and managing the interview process. The Team Builder will work directly with management to maintain a schedule for training. The Team Builder will oversee process documentation and keep Employee Handbook up to date. The Team Builder will be responsible for managing employee data and keeping the staff organized.

*Though this position has many functions of an HR role, it is not a full-fledged HR position.

Routine Tasks

  • Construct job postings and descriptions

To be successful in this position, you will need to be naturally excited about the challenge of finding good people and then playing a large part in building them up to be successful. Being a good communicator is vital.

Learning many different personalities and building resources that they all can use and understand should excite you. This role will demand organizational skills to be successful. We have invested a lot in our team by hiring good people, and now, we want to add good people to compliment the team.

Day to Day with Us

A typical workday begins at 8 am and ends at 4:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch. Because we are a deadline business, we sometimes have to stay late to finish work to meet our deadline or cash out the Auction. The team typically works a five-day week. There will be occasional weekends to meet a deadline or if there is a live Auction. We operate in a fast-paced environment, which is difficult for some, but others get excited about the hustle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
