Teacher Aide II
The ideal candidate, while working under the direct supervision of the Early Head Start Manager or Head Start Manager, will provide Head Start / Early Head Start infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with appropriate learning experiences. Provide relationship-based services, forming nurturing and supportive relationships with the children and their families. Extended Care workers are responsible for the care and education of children, and function as a team member with other Educators and Teachers.

Qualifications:

Must be a mature person who works well with others. Experience in caring for infants and toddlers. High School Diploma or GED required.

Reliable transportation (automobile), valid driver's license, current liability insurance in employee's name, a current physical and TB screening, are required upon offer of employment.

A satisfactory Background check is required.
