The core purpose of Woltman Group, PLLC is to enhance our community through insightful accounting and advisory relationships. As a public accounting firm who provides audit, tax, valuation, trust and consulting services, this position will be an important part of our tax team.

This position will assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide consulting and advisory services for various business and individual clients.

1. Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

2. Handle client tax questions and works with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.

3. Offer consulting services by staying informed about Firm capabilities and promoting these activities to help clients.

4. Complete research and special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or working toward CPA preferred

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience in Public Accounting with an emphasis in taxation.
- Understanding of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance.
- Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax filings.

- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
