Growing, Central Jersey CPA firm seeks an experienced, dedicated Tax Manager to prepare and manage tax returns. We serve many small business and individuals in the area. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience. Qualify candidates only.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Candidate will manage multiple operations of the CPA firm

· Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts

· Review of less complex tax returns

· Research and stay current on all tax changes as they relate to our clients

· Preforming, planning, and consulting with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, required

· 7+ years of Public Accounting experience

• Position requires knowledge of individual tax laws, and tax filing procedures.
• Ability to respond to client questions regarding individual tax laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they relate to providing tax related customer service to clients
• Eagerness to learn about firm's other services and applying them to client meetings
• Comfort working with tax software and other workflow technologies firm has in place

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
