Tax Accountant Needed for our growing firm. Full Time Position.

Job Summary

We are seeking an individual who wants to work in a energetic, fun, and family atmosphere. The candidate must be professional, enthusiastic and able to work independently and as a team member. This position is available immediately.

Candidates will interact with clients and must possess strong communication skills. The primary duties and responsibilities of this individual will be to provide support and to assist the firm, in a multitude of tasks including preparation of tax returns, maintaining financial records, and performance of other accounting and financial tasks, as may be required. Compensation packages are based on experience. We provide flexible schedules and a great working environment. Willing to train.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the accounting field, or tax preparation including business or individuals;

Understanding of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite preferred;

Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient, be able to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines;

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

40 hour work week, additional hours during tax season is required. Flexible.
