Tasting Room Associate Position Overview:
Responsible for creating a world-class experience for guests while communicating the commitment of Domaine Willamette and the history of Willamette with a consistent and impactful brand message. Deliver an unforgettable guest journey through pouring wines and promoting the sale of wine and memberships.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or similar.
- A valid/current OLCC and Food Handler’s Card (or be willing to obtain one prior to start date).
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-site winery events. Most of these events are held over holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate through active listening skills and gather insight into human behavior.
