Production Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Support the Grow Team in tasks as needed including but not limited to defoliating plants, harvesting crops, cleaning rooms after a harvest, and bucking product for final processing
• Trim final product as needed and package for order fulfillment
• Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding process changes required from crop to crop
• Escalate issues identified in rooms or in the facility to the grow team or management
• Support other grow tasks as needed including spraying for pest management or moving plants around the grow rooms or facility
• Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow
• Keep documented logs and notes of task metrics and plant care actions for company records
• Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away.
• Use PPE as required: gloves, lab coat, tinted eye protection
• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager

Production Worker Shift Info

• Day Shift, 06:00 am to 04:30 pm
• Monday - Thursday
• OT Fridays if needed

Production Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Be a reliable team player
• Positive attitude day in and day out
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus, but not required
• Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required
• Serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Have strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate / education team in a timely manner.
