Job Title: TALINO Sales and Support Specialist - Level 2

Work Location: U.S. (Delaware) Location

Division/Department: SUMURI/TALINO

Reports To: Sam Deckoff (TALINO Senior Manager)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Must be highly efficient
❖ Must be able to work without supervision
❖ Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
❖ Become proficient with the build and install process of a TALINO
❖ Provide quality assurance testing for TALINO division, as needed
❖ Monitor SUMURI chat and support sites and answer all queries according to company policy
❖ Provide support by phone, email, or other communication platforms for TALINO customers and resellers
❖ Must work with the shipping department to get replacement parts out quickly and within a reasonable time frame
❖ Must be able to work with established vendor support systems, as well as establish new vendor support relationships to process defective hardware
❖ Assist in creating and updating manuals, guides, and documents for regular troubleshooting procedures
❖ Travel domestically and if necessary internationally to assist in hardware installation, repair, and support
❖ Prepare and provide quotes to customers in a timely manner, either via email,

Quickbooks, or other means
❖ Other related duties as assigned by Management
❖ Delaware Background Check required for this position

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
❖ CFCE Certification within 2 years of employment within the company
❖ Experience diagnosing and repairing computers
❖ Experience building computers, either personally or professionally
❖ Experience in technical support, either personally or professionally
❖ Sales experience preferred
❖ Quickbooks experience preferred
❖ Experience with Google Workspace preferred

Physical Requirements:
❖ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
❖ Ability to travel domestically and internationally
❖ Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Pay: $19.00 per hour
