Position: Talent Sourcing Specialist
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Full Time – Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $50,000 Annual Salary

What You'll Do:
- Proactively reach out to qualified candidates about employment opportunities via Indeed and LinkedIn
- This will include text messaging, emailing, cold calling, and attending career fairs to connect with potential candidates
- Create and Manage compelling job ads for all positions across the organization
- Work collaborative with departments across the organization to find new and creative ways to get the word out about open positions at Sandstone Care
Ideal Candidates Qualities:
- Previous Talent Sourcing / Recruiting experience
- Previous Job Ad Creation and Management experience
- Demonstrated passion and commitment towards Diversity, Inclusion & Inclusion
- Ability to develop and using creative sourcing strategies to achieve objectives
- Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and goals in a competitive market
