Job Summary:

This an individual contributor that has a deep understanding of sourcing and engaging new talent for the organization. This role will be impactful in identifying extraordinary and diverse talent and will help shape our team of the future. The Recruiter will embody the company culture and truly represent and express the image and vibe of our team. This person will work closely with the head of talent, leadership and hiring managers to understand the business needs and unique skill sets necessary to succeed.

Responsibilities: :

  • Efficiently and effectively manage the hiring/recruitment process from start to finish
  • Collaborating with finance and hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements and skill set for those jobs
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Conducting phone screens that highlight Fluency as an employer of choice while also vetting candidates for cultural and overall fit
  • Coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations
  • Scheduling telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Offering job positions and executing the relevant paperwork.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application proces
  • Develop and implement strategic candidate sourcing and engagement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • General Human Resource duties and assistance as assigned

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Three to five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Technical recruiting and digital advertising industry experience, a plus
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging best practices
  • Drive for success
