Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of high-volume customer service and operations roles, along with cross-functional positions. Independently demonstrates and manages a thorough, detailed candidate assessment, educates the hiring manager on the benefits of HireVue technology, recommends assessment approach, recommends competencies, conducts behavioral-based interviews, recommends offer amount, extends and negotiates offers.
  • Proactively partners and consults with hiring managers on position requirements to develop formal sourcing strategies using the LinkedIn Talent Insights report, LinkedIn campaigns, Workday Recruiting Talent Pools, direct sourcing approach, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluates sourcing outcomes and adjust as needed.
  • Facilitates Talent Resource strategy discussion with hiring managers to review contingent worker data, SOW (borrow), and University Relations (build).
  • Consults with hiring managers throughout the course of a search to provide updates, facilitates candidate calibrations, and makes recommendations as needed. Keeps hiring managers up to date on recruiting activities, ensures they are aware of trends and challenges and maintains consistency in the candidate assessment process. Influence's decisions based on business knowledge and market data.
  • Utilizes the TA Requisition Report and established metrics to drive data-driven recruitment strategies to improve performance related to time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and remote hiring.
  • Cultivates an understanding of DEI strategy which includes a culture of belonging and creating a more diverse workforce.
  • Partners and communicates with Talent Acquisition Coordinators on scheduling, and candidate/hiring manager experience.
  • Consistently keeps HRBPs informed of status and issues related to open positions including internal candidates.
  • Communicates with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an optimal candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of prior recruiting experience.
  • Experience using rigorous analysis to determine effective solutions to a variety of recruiting and talent management related problems
  • Priority Setting: Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively identify and prioritize the most critical tasks
  • Drive for Results: Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed goals
  • Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
