We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Weymouth, MA. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This is a contract position and can be hybrid/remote depending on your experience level and client groups.

Responsibilities:

· Manage recruitment from posting to placement

· Perform candidate pre-screening and interviews

· Develop a candidate pipeline for high-volume positions

· Implement creative and sourcing and recruiting strategies

· Act as a point of contact for staffing related inquiries and provide customer service to internal partners, candidates and employees at all levels of the organization

· Coordinate and attend job fairs and hiring events, both in-person and virtually

· Track applicant records using Workday and ensure compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

· 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred

· Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting practices and principles, applicable employment law, compensation, benefits, health insurance and safety laws and regulations

· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System(s) and sourcing tools, preferably Workday.

· Experience with social media, career boards and other on-line resources to attract and interact with applicants

· Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly effective recruitment strategies and campaigns

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
