Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to screening, interviewing, scheduling, background check, offer, and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Hire and project manage multiple roles including tech, finance, HR, project management, legal, and more.
  • Supporting Hiring Managers in crafting job descriptions, role profiling and understanding each position's expectations, and delivering in a timely manner.
  • Lead the onboarding phase through tech set-up, orientation, and culture integration for a great candidate experience.
  • Publishing jobs in the right channels using the tools available to produce the best results. Source candidates and be a brand ambassador on relevant social networks and niche platforms across different disciplines with an emphasis on technologies.
  • Acting as a true business partner to understand our department growth strategy and attract and hire the right talent. Handling the communication with high standards and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidate and hiring manager.
  • Work with ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Behavioral/Cognitive Assessment to identify candidates and find potential that embodies Atlas DNA.
  • Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire.
  • Enhance recruiting by managing the employer brand, university initiatives, training, and taking on any innovative initiatives to lead as a Talent Acquisition team.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related field.
  • 5+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter and full-cycle recruitment process
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep knowledge of technical sourcing techniques, such as advanced Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.
