Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for working on the complete, end-to-end talent acquisition process. Responsibilities include tightly managing the candidate experience through the entire recruiting lifecycle and serving as a thought partner to the hiring managers and HR team to develop and execute recruiting and hiring strategies and processes. The Talent Acquisition Associate must be a proven self-starter and have the presence, polish, organizational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the organization.

Successful candidate will utilize knowledge of successful sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting strategies to attract junior, mid-level, and experienced talent in technology, retail and contact center customer experience managers, branch/store managers, loan officers, insurance sales staff and administrative professionals. The role will have direct responsibility for the acquisition of talent, and will also be responsible for helping to design and develop the systems and processes that will facilitate consistent standards of talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage a requisition load in addition to managing the function. Strong experience with the full life-cycle of talent acquisition is a must. You will have the opportunity to shape a role that can be strategic, creative, tactical and influential in nature.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within designated timeframes.
  • Working with HR Strategic Business Partners, conduct regular follow-up with internal customers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a talent pipeline and pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Conduct searches in LinkedIn on a regular basis in order to source candidates and also to build a candidate pipeline for most positions.
  • Network through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience at all organizational levels preferably in financial services or banking industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
