Overview:
The Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) provides realistic advanced collective training of Army light forces in joint operations scenarios emphasizing contingency force missions involving low to high-intensity conflict. The position supports ten (10) JRTC training rotations per year. Responsibilities:

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Systems Technician to support the JRTC program in Fort Polk, LA.
The Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) provides realistic advanced collective training of Army light forces in joint operations scenarios emphasizing contingency force missions involving low to high-intensity conflict. The position supports ten (10) JRTC training rotations per year.
- Provide high level of technical assistance to end users as part of the 21st (ABN) IN Division Network Operations Center (DNOC) Helpdesk at JRTC.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems while complying with DOD policies and procedures.
- Image, configure, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues pertaining to end-user clients.
- Provide service and support for 21ID G6 and other JRTC personnel with systems such as but not limited Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS), Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), to include Enterprise services such as Active Directory, Outlook Email, SharePoint Portal, Fileshare, and Chat services.
- 1+ years of helpdesk or systems technician experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
- Must have Security+ certification.
- Associates Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is desired.
