Job description
Care Access is looking for a Systems Monitoring Agent to provide real-time oversight of critical assets. This position will work with the Compliance team as the key contact for identifying, resolving, or escalating potential issues before they can negatively impact operations.
Working hours: 7 AM - 3 PM.
Key accountabilities include:
- Ability to monitor multiple systems to track locations and operating status of assets such as vehicles, refrigeration units, etc
- Review and report on processes (such as calibration) conducted in remote locations
- Develop relationships with stakeholders such as Inventory and Warehouse Managers
- Perform, verify and track inventory audits
- Create or update status reports
- Assist in reviews, inspections, surveys as needed
Skill Requirements:
- +2 years of previous experience in monitoring systems, loss prevention or asset control
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
