Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Mid-level and Senior Engineer/Systems Analysts with experience as Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Facilitators to act subject matter experts to lead scheduling, management, and delivery of IPTD requirements for a high-level U.S Navy customer in Norfolk, VA. These positions require an advanced level of knowledge in Surface Ship Repair and Modernization requirements.

Our customer’s mission is to deliver quality, cost-wise material readiness in support of U.S. Naval forces worldwide and is responsible for coordinating the depot- and intermediate-level maintenance of the Navy's surface fleet, and for resourcing the requirements necessary to meet ships maintenance availability schedules.

The following positions are available:

· Senior Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Facilitator

· Mid-Level Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Facilitator

Work Locations:

· Norfolk, Virginia

· Temporary travel required within the continental United States

You’ll Bring These Qualifications (Required):

Professional experience must include a Minimum five (5) years' for Mid-level and a Minimum ten (10) years’ experience for Senior level

These positions must have experience in the following:

· Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization.

· Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Project Team Roles and Responsibilities.

· Instructing or facilitating.

· Knowledge in RMC Operations.

These Qualifications/Experience are a Plus:

· COMUSFLTFORCOM INST 4790.3, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM)

· Navy Maintenance Database (NMD)

· NAVSEA Contracting Policy/Strategy

· Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Project Team Roles/ Responsibilities

· NAVSEA Standard Items (NSI)

Education/Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must have active SECRET Clearance

These positions are contingent upon award of contract. “Contingent” offers for employment may stipulate those one or more requirements be satisfied before final commitment between candidate and Tamayo Federal is established; namely, award of contract to the Tamayo Federal Team.
