5+ years of technical support analyst experience with advanced troubleshooting skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Windows and Office products.
B.
Remote software delivery software and the creation of standard software packages for deployment. Knowledge of asset management, and remote management systems. Knowledge of TCP\IP in LAN\WAN environments and experience with DNS and WINS.
Certifications or Licenses
A.
Either Microsoft MCSA, MCDST, MCP, or demonstrated progress towards certification.
Valid Texas Driver’s License

Special Skills

Proficient in VB or Perl scripting.

Creates and tests the software distribution packages for enterprise software deployment to the remote desktop systems, provides support and upgrade planning for assigned technical software, provides second level of technical troubleshooting support for internal staff, develops and updates existing documentation of technical software products as assigned, coordinating support from vendors, participate in project planning sessions, and assists the senior analysts in identifying emerging technology.

(Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
