Systems Administration
- MS Exchange
- Active Directory
- 3-5 Years experience
- Standing up Windows servers
- Switches-Configure and manage Network Switches
- GPO experience
Administers large deployments of environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (hand held devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam/Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering
- Configuration, support and administration of Exchange 2010/2013, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008/2012 Datacenter, SQL 2008/2012, Veeam Backup, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies
- Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
- Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010
- Monitor Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system/network back logs
- Monitor and track incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System in support of the incident and problem management process
- Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers
- Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log
- Create user accounts and mailboxes
- Perform mailbox moves and restores
