The role requires a person who is passionate about understanding the growing importance of evolving, inclusive audiences, media, creative, production and the details that go into taking an IAT framework and bringing it to life across all platforms & experiences, across all screens. Understanding the role PR and Earned play in the process of amplifying Owned and Paid Media as well as the ability to influence decisions from a holistic, communications viewpoint is critical to development & execution of strong, award-winning ideas.
For this role, the SVP, Experience Design & IAT lead will work directly with the Creative, Media, Content teams and external partners to execute existing IAT frameworks ensuring they strategically inform and guide development & execution of ideas and experiences.
More specifically, this individual will be responsible for leading the full IAT to deliver the overarching communication strategy at the tactical level, driving indications on how the inclusive strategy and subsequent ideas are brought to life with specific ideas, experiences and tactics.
The ability to act as the authoritative voice to Clients and the larger IAT team is crucial, as collaboration is critical.
The breadth of the role provides the opportunity for the candidate to apply their knowledge and experience across many different facets of the communications sphere and work in a tight-knit team environment
- The candidate will be responsible for knowing industry news, developments and media partners. The candidate will be responsible for conducting brainstorms for a variety of brand teams and will need to apply culturally relevant and breakthrough solutions to marketing needs.
- Essential to the duties listed above will be a candidate’s ability to identify entertainment and consumer trends as well as an ability to think originally about the entertainment industry in conjunction with our clients’ brands.
- Candidate will be responsible for understanding inclusive consumer trends relevant to specific brand categories (e.g. food trends, etc.)
- Candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of individuals, client accounts, vendors/partners and as a liaison between strategy, creative, buying, planning and media.
- Candidate will oversee a variety of projects at one time acting as project leader and serving as supporting player on other team projects.
Curious, Empathetic, Bold, Collaborative, Creative, Brave (with the ability to take & inspire risks in client thinking to drive innovation in culture)- Client/creative or media experience with extensive channel orchestration knowledge (less channel specific info & more how channels play in symphony together)
- Strong - highly matrixed - client service experience
- Experience working with/across all communication mediums (national, local, digital, direct, OOH plus new technologies like TikTok & the Metaverse)
- Interest in & Passion for technology, culture and content
- Ability to anticipate & quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources/strategies accordingly
- Proven experience of translating business and user needs - and technology constraints - into solutions that are meaningful, easy to use, and creatively engaging
- Expert communication skills with the ability to get buy-in on ideas within a large organization across multiple stakeholders
- Able to understand and drive ‘creative’ & craft creative solutions beyond the traditional ad agency model/language

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $273,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
