PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sustainment Manager to support our NEBO contract located in a Remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities:Under broad supervision, conduct operations in support of the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Navy ERP Business Office, coordinate events, provide expert business process and ERP solution consultation, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close service desk tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) and Business Operation Services.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all MSC Navy ERP support requirements.
- Coordinates and facilitates working groups. Supports strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.
- Facilitates tasking across multiple teams to provide users with help desk support, master data management, reporting, analytics, testing, production operations, training, and writing/assessing system change/new capabilities requirements.
- Analyze and prepare documentation, and identify and resolve complex problems.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information in order to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations or policies.
- Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies, and directives.
- Must have ability to analyze and prepare documentation, and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Final Secret Clearance must be in place prior to start date.
- Must have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience in SAP™
- Must have at last two (2) years experience coordinating Navy ERP deployment events.
- Experience with Navy business management is desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A High School Diploma and an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted for degree
